It is a combination of two medications known as antidiabetic medicines. In which Empagliflozin works by eliminating excess glucose from the body via urine. They work together to reduce blood glucose more effectively.

Alcohol – Consumption of alcohol is unsafe while taking this medication.

Breastfeeding – If you are a lactating mother then this medication is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited studies suggest that this drug may pass into the breast milk and harm the baby. Therefore, never take this medication without consulting with your doctor.
Driving – This medication may affect your vision and make you sleepy and dizzy, so do not drive after taking this medication if you feel these symptoms.
Kidney – If you are suffering from kidney disease then consult with your doctor, it is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided.
Liver – If you are a liver patient then take this medication with caution. Dosage adjustment may be needed for this medication. Therefore consult with your doctor before taking this medication.
